Down the rabbit hole

Cisco Network Manager - going to try and configure VLANs for Fuel Deployment.   I had to first reset the switch by holding the mode button down for 8 secs.  Then i waited 30 seconds and connected my PC which got the 10.0.0.2 address.  I then browsed to 10.0.01 and set the ip and default gateway for the switch to a static ip in my routers subnet and routers default gateway.  Wait about 30 seconds (after clicking submit several times) and it finally accepted my changes.  Manually changed the IP on PC to be statically assigned to the router subnet with the router default gateway and connected the switch with another cable to my router.  Waited a bit for light to turn green on the switch and after a few browser refreshes was able to hit the internet.

Now have to figure out how to setup the ports to be assigned to the correct VLANS and then (probably going to be hardest) figure out how to allow the correct traffic between different VLANs.  Down the rabbit hole...
