Have been thinking that I need to improve my "full stack" skills. I have followed Martin for yours and his recent article has confirmed that I am probably moving in the right direction.

So far...Mirantis Fuel has been helping me with the OS deploys. In this new world of dev-ops, I am thinking I need to add to programming capabilities by learning something like Ansible or Saltstack. Also, it looks like some knowledge of GO would be helpful.
As for the lab, I recently had some issues with the RAID configuration on of my nodes. NEVER EVER pull a drive out while the machine is running...stupid move. Now - I am having an issue with one of the network cards on my aging Dell desktop that i am using as the Fuel node. Decided to get 2 more Dell 610's to host my Controller and Cinder nodes. Now the entire infrastructure will be on 610s and I should be able to get some consistency in setup as far as BIOS, PXE settings and RAID configuration.
Will up upgrading to Mirantis Fuel 8 in the new setup. I am hoping I an re-use most of the Cisco configuration for the new setup.
