Fuel 8 - USB boot must be created on Linux machine

DO NOT - try to create a usb boot image on Windows or Mac for Fuel 8.  I was able to create a usb image with Windows for Fuel 7, but now you need Linux to create the image.

NOTE: keep a small Ubuntu box just for network access and building images.
