Coursera and HTML 5 video

Being able to adjust the playback rate on the lecture videos is awesome.  You can really get a quick review at 2x playback speed.  Much better than trying to read over lecture notes where you missed things in class.  Kind of hard to beat that.  I guess you can record lectures live - this is just easy.
