Openstack Helm has moved to Ansible for multi-node setup.

A few months back, I had to suspend my work on Openstack-Helm as the multinode setup was not producing reliable results.  Today, I looked into the current docs to help a co-worker with the setup of Calico and I discovered that there are now Ansible scripts for deploying in multi-node configuration. I did have some early success with using Ansible to provision K8' so hoping this might the fix I have been looking for.  Adding this to my TODO list and hope to publish a follow up on my results with testing locally in my lab.
